1) To provide effective long-range marine communication, a marine communication mode Radio-over-Internet-Protocol (RoIP) system was inaugurated at Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata (SMP Kolkata).

➨The RoIP system is being introduced as a marine communication mode, for the first time in any major Indian port. It covers the entire Hugli River Estuary from Kolkata to Sandheads, having base stations at four locations.

2) A liaison officer from the Seychelles was on Monday posted at the Indian Navy's Information Fusion Centre (IFC) that has emerged as a key hub in tracking movements of ships and other developments in the Indian Ocean.

4) Union Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs Nirmala Sitharaman participated in the 6th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

9) Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari has launched a knowledge app and platform CUNSULT.

➨CUNSULT app is the first such global facility by which people who need information, advice, counsel, guidance can contact and call up experts in multiple sectors on-the-go.

10) The Indian Army on the occasion of the 75th Infantry Day ( 27 October 2021) celebrated this day by paying tributes to the gallant soldiers at the National War Memorial in Delhi. 

➨As a part of the event, Chief of Defence Staff, General Bipin Rawat along with COAS General MM Naravane laid a wreath and paid their tributes.

11) Superstar Rajinikanth launched his daughter Soundarya's  voice-based social media platform - Hoote - offering 60-second live voice recording option or to upload a recorded voice in 15 Indian and 10 foreign languages, of choice.

1) प्रभावी लंबी दूरी की समुद्री संचार प्रदान करने के लिए, श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी पोर्ट, कोलकाता (एसएमपी कोलकाता) में एक समुद्री संचार मोड रेडियो-ओवर-इंटरनेट-प्रोटोकॉल (आरओआईपी) प्रणाली का उद्घाटन किया गया।

➨किसी भी प्रमुख भारतीय बंदरगाह में पहली बार आरओआईपी प्रणाली को समुद्री संचार माध्यम के रूप में पेश किया जा रहा है।  यह कोलकाता से सैंडहेड्स तक पूरे हुगली नदी के मुहाने को कवर करता है, जिसमें चार स्थानों पर बेस स्टेशन हैं।

➨CUNSULT ऐप पहली ऐसी वैश्विक सुविधा है जिसके द्वारा जिन लोगों को सूचना, सलाह, परामर्श, मार्गदर्शन की आवश्यकता होती है, वे कई क्षेत्रों के विशेषज्ञों से संपर्क कर सकते हैं और उन्हें कॉल कर सकते हैं।

10) भारतीय सेना ने 75वें इन्फैंट्री डे (27 अक्टूबर 2021) के अवसर पर दिल्ली में राष्ट्रीय युद्ध स्मारक पर वीर सैनिकों को श्रद्धांजलि देकर इस दिन को मनाया।
